As the year draws to a close, we at ERI take a moment to reflect on the remarkable progress we’ve made over the past twelve months. It’s been a year of unprecedented growth, award-winning creativity, and impactful conversations that have not only defined our success, but have also set new standards in the industry. Here are seven highlights from the momentum we’ve made this year.
1. Welcoming New Talents and Perspectives
Our team has always been our greatest asset, and this year, we’ve expanded our family with some phenomenal talents. We were thrilled to welcome Hadley Stena Camilus (DEI Champion & Consulting Partner), Myles Forgue, and Jillian Cote (Marketing Associates) to the ERI team. Each of them brings a unique blend of expertise and perspectives, enriching our culture and capabilities. Meet our full team here.
2. Triumphing with Trio of Awards
Celebrating excellence in our field, ERI and Worcester.edu were honored with a Platinum, Gold, and Silver in national marketing awards. This recognition is a testament to our collaborative spirit and commitment to delivering outstanding results. To discover more about our awards, visit here.
3. Leading Conversations at the Forefront of AI & Marketing
This year, it’s been a privilege to be part of vital discussions intersecting AI, marketing, and higher education. From the Inside Inside Higher Ed Summit in DC to various podcasts and summits, we’ve collaborated with incredible professionals, and made some new friends who are also shaping the future of our field. These contributions may be viewed in detail on our new thought-leadership hub for Raffi DerSimonian, our Chief Strategy Officer.

4. Expanding our Portfolio with Visionary Partners
In 2023, we’ve experienced significant growth, welcoming partners who share our mission and values. We are proud to have renowned institutions and organizations like Northwood University, Muhlenberg College, the Lindsey Vonn Foundation (LVF), the Armenian Museum of America (AMA), the Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA-Butler), Education Resource Strategies (ERS) and IC Credit Union, join our journey, growing our portfolio with their unique challenges and visions.
5. Engaging in Transformative Conferences
Our year was enriched with insightful conferences, where we experienced paradigm shifts that have greatly elevated our thought and action. Our continuous learning and growth was made especially clear at conferences on the national level, including the American Marketing Association’s Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education, #InsideHigherEd in DC, Mackey Strategies Future Sessions, HighEd Web in Buffalo, and more.

6. Reimagining our Brand
In Q1 of 2024, prepare to witness ERI’s transformation with a new brand identity. Collaborating with esteemed partners J. Sherman Studios and Spitfire Design, we’re excited to unveil a new visual identity and website, aimed at better articulating and illustrating our core identity and offering. We are looking forward to how this brand revitalization will reflect our future-forward vision and mission.
7. A New Addition to the ERI Family!
Our year also brought joy on a personal front, as our VP & Chief Strategy Officer, Raffi DerSimonian, will be welcoming a new member of his family at any moment!
