Meet ERI

Your Partners in Strategy, Design & Engineering Excellence

Engage. Reach. Impact.

— the guiding pillars of everything we do.

We’re strategists, designers, and problem solvers who turn complexity into clarity. Passionate collaborators, we blend strategy, design, and technology with the art of storytelling, delivering results that move the needle.

Two men standing side by side; one wears a light blazer and dark pants, while the other sports a blue vest, jeans, and a red cap—about Eri, their relaxed style and camaraderie shine through.

Our Story

We met at a small liberal arts college in New England. Erjon was teaching web design and leading projects as a vendor. Raffi was driving marketing, communications, and the annual fund. Together, we led an award-winning website redesign and discovered the power of combining creative design with strategic storytelling.

That moment ignited what would become ERI.

Our story began when two paths converged at a small liberal arts college. Erjon was a faculty member teaching web design and consulting as a vendor. Raffi was directing the college’s marketing, communications, and annual fund. Together, we guided an award-winning website redesign that transformed the institution’s digital presence and revealed the power of uniting research-informed strategy, creative design, authentic storytelling, and cutting-edge technology.

What started as a single collaboration grew into ERI: a company built on the values of Engagement, Reach, and Impact.

Erjon’s journey began when his family emigrated from Albania in 1999. By 2005, as a college student working above his father’s auto mechanic shop, he founded ERI with a bold vision to create something lasting. Raffi’s path has been shaped by decades of leadership in higher education marketing and advancement, championing authentic storytelling and mission-driven communications.

Together, we’ve grown ERI into a trusted partner to institutions and organizations across the country — known for innovation, creativity, and a relentless commitment to advancing the missions of those we serve.
