President & Chief Creative Officer
Under Erjon’s leadership, ERI has become nationally known as a highly creative and technically advanced web design and application development firm. Since 2005, he’s been building ERI’s talented team of strategists, designers, user-experience experts, developers, writers, and project managers. Approaching each project with an equally weighted mindset of innovation, creativity, and analytical thinking, Erjon has steered the agency through its successful track record in the higher ed, nonprofit and commercial sectors. Erjon and the ERI team have been the recipient of multiple website design awards for outstanding work. It’s a lot of work to run an agency, but when Erjon has free time, he enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and exploring different corners of the world.
VP & Chief Strategy Officer
Raffi specializes in helping institutions and organizations drive measurable engagement and response. Having served in leadership positions in marketing, communications and advancement at several academic institutions, his approach is rooted in conducting immersive research, extrapolating key themes from stakeholder dialogue, and aligning institutional goals, objectives, and strategy. Raffi has led a wide range of strategic initiatives for institutions, including Harvard Business School, Trinity College, Worcester State University, Maine College of Art & Design, Maine Media College, Tufts University, Becker College, Clark University, and others. A father of 1-year-old daughter, Tsoline, and a recording artist with three original albums, Raffi manages to find time to enjoy outdoor adventure, Portland, Maine’s rich cultural arts scene, and as much time as possible with his family.
Head of Development
Edwin brings a wealth of technical expertise in systems engineering, computer science and digital security. His experience includes serving as a Lead Developer for such projects as the PlayStation Blog, Northeastern University’s internal LMS, Stafford Board of Education and many others. Edwin is a WordPress REST API team member, WPGraphQL member and helped develop the Gutenberg Editor project for WordPress & Drupal. He is a seasoned collaborator, a strong communicator, and extraordinarily talented developer. Fortunately for our clients, Edwin has focused his expertise on developing sophisticated websites and apps for complex organizations. When he’s not solving complex technical challenges, Edwin is likely to be found on extreme hiking adventures in off-the-beaten-path places like the Arctic, or enjoying the abundant musical talents of his daughter.
Digital Strategist, Project Manager
With a degree in English, along with Marketing & Communications, Hannah’s expertise includes Search Engine Optimization (SEO), analytics, copywriting, market research, creative content management, and social media management. Hannah’s genuine enjoyment of helping people drives her commitment to offering support and answering questions. She is an excellent communicator and combines that with a keen sense for detail—all of which add up to make her an outstanding project manager. Hannah leans on her creative, technical and marketing skills to help support the successful outcome of every project. In addition to nurturing over 100 indoor plants, Hannah enjoys playing with her two cats, Bernard and Eleanor, and traveling to her favorite destinations in the world, including Maui and Joshua Tree.
Since 2015, Ryan has served as ERI’s lead designer. His mobile-first approach allows him to solve complex user interface design challenges with an eye towards the future. Simplicity, clean lines, and intuitive navigation are cornerstones of his work. Ryan has led design projects for dozens of websites for a wide range of institutions and organizations. His professional sweet spot is UX/UI design for academic institutions. Ryan’s leadership on the recent redesign of a complex site for a public university resulted in great accolades from our client and their stakeholders. While Ryan loves his deep focus on design assignments, he also makes time for his two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Lola and Sierra.
Senior Web Developer
Myles specializes in helping academic institutions and organizations cultivate and communicate value. Soon to be a first-generation college graduate, Myles has proven his aptitudes of critical thinking and strategic thinking as an Honors Marketing Fellow at Providence College, double majoring in digital marketing and theology. His unique studies equipped him to serve as the Chief Content Officer for the Providence College School of Business. Previously, Myles has combined his skills in strategic planning and execution to help nonprofits and B2B organizations establish integrated marketing communications plans, talent development curriculum, and recruitment marketing collateral. When he is not behind his laptop, Myles might be found hiking, longboarding, or playing pool with his friends and family.
Jillian has a passion for digital marketing management, graphic design, and creative problem-solving. With a diverse skill set and a background in marketing and business language & culture, she has gained valuable experience in the professional sphere. Jillian has used her creativity and efficiency to assist universities and organizations with content creation, social media management, and brand direction. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys creating art, curating music playlists, and exploring new cities.
Brand Development & Marketing Strategist
David is a catalyst for making things happen. Having led a large marketing agency for many years, he worked on transformational programs with the leadership of colleges, universities, state agencies, industry associations, and companies. He spearheaded integrated marketing programs during the rebranding of a prominent regional college to introduce its new university designation to the nation. His agency branded and promoted the state of Maine as a national tourism destination, and transformed the Wild Blueberry from “something in a muffin” into “Nature’s #1 Antioxidant Fruit.” Whether for institutions, services, or products, David has led research-based, innovative, and creative approaches to developing breakthrough strategies for building brands and making an impact. David and his wife Ann have three grown-up “kids” whose creative and educational pursuits have lured their family to destinations including Japan, Italy, Switzerland and more.
Chief Accessibility Strategist
Renowned for championing inclusivity, Christine joins ERI as our Chief Accessibility Strategist. As the Founder and CEO of UP-STAND, she’s spearheaded initiatives making environments and technology more accommodating for expecting and new parents. Her consultancy acumen shines in recommending cutting-edge accessibility designs and policies for businesses and agencies, including the MTA and DFTA.. With past roles at the NYC Department of Education and Yeshiva University’s Title IX Compliance, Christine now propels ERI’s mission to merge innovative digital design with unparalleled accessibility. Christine holds an M.E. in Higher Education from Harvard University, a M.S.T. in ESL from Pace University, and a B.A. in Sociology from Brown University.
Olsi’s experience includes technical writing, and developing web applications and software. He is a skilled developer with expertise in conceptualizing, analyzing, and implementing full-stack solutions. From UX/UI to software development, and market research, Olsi’s versatility and depth of knowledge have made him a valuable member of the ERI team.
Istvan is an experienced iOS and web developer. His main area of expertise is developing front-end applications, but he’s also done a fair share of full-stack development. He’s worked on a wide range of projects, including iOS and web games, e-commerce apps, AI-based applications, and other complex front-end projects. When he’s not working or learning about new technologies, he loves to travel. He has traveled across Latin America, Europe, US and some parts of Asia.
Dan is a seasoned digital strategist and highly-skilled resource. Prior to managing digital marketing at Unum, Dan spent five years plotting digital strategy at CIEE (Council on International Educational Exchange) as their Sr. Digital Marketing Producer. An alum of UNE, he currently lives in Portland, ME, with his beloved dog Nori. Someday, Dan aspires to be a professional boat captain and can often be seen sailing around Casco bay.
DEI & UX Strategist
Hadley is the full-time, inaugural Associate Dean of Multicultural Affairs at Phillips Exeter Academy. A creative champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in his field, Hadley delves into the complex interplay of identity and experiences as Founder and Producer of a unique podcast that is titled ‘Identity N’ Me.’ It is a rare podcast that intentionally covers the multiple, and unique, ways that people identify. His influence extends into his recent appointment as a Consultant with ERI, promising to bring his extensive experience in multicultural programming to the role. From academia to media and consulting, Hadley’s multifaceted career continues to inspire meaningful dialogue and progress in his field.
An accomplished non-profit executive and technical consultant, Mark Kravatz is the visionary Founder and President of Alidade Consultants. For over a decade, Mark’s strategic leadership has been instrumental in tackling complex organizational challenges with a unique blend of asset-based community development mapping and applied systems thinking. A Providence College alumnus, Mark’s trailblazing career encompasses leading one of Rhode Island’s largest green job training programs and providing innovative energy efficiency consulting. His unyielding dedication to empowering businesses and non-profit organizations is reflected in his commitment to guiding clients towards sustainable outcomes, leveraging a wealth of professional experience and technical expertise.
Marketing Projects Coordinator
Jake is a data-driven storyteller and creative marketer with a knack for social media management, content creation, market research, and literary editing. At the helm of content creation and analytics for Providence College Dining with Sodexo, he played a key role in rebranding efforts, blending market insights with compelling graphic design and promotional content. Beyond his professional achievements, Jake leads an entrepreneurial project as an academic lifestyle creator, achieving widespread recognition with partnerships that span notable brands and institutions. His work has captivated millions, thanks to his engaging content and strategic collaborations. Outside the realm of work, Jake is an avid museum-goer, globe-trotter, and coffee aficionado, drawing inspiration from the world around him to fuel his creative ventures.
